Dear Rainbow: This completed contract marks a case where our cheque (our largest in 30 years) does NOT say it all. That

and appreciation for your outstanding services completed today. Your company’s gratifying professionalism was apparent from the “git-go” telephone call the previous evening, and your arrival at 5 a.m. “So far, so good,” I thought, but still your competence had to be proven from among a field seemingly so full of charlatans. And
it soon was, and in spades! Any concern we may have felt that you were not present at the outset of the apparent destruction by your staff of our seriously deteriorated roof was soon relieved. Each member of your team seemed to have the natural distinction of being a willing and enthusiastic ambassador for your company. Of
our expressed concerns, nothing was too much trouble to resolve as the
new roof was installed to perfection within two days, and that with
great sensitivity. Frankly,
I think this alone was an outstanding accomplishment of your company,
and therefore I should have no “run-of-the-mill” hesitation in
recommending your services to others. However, the “Wow Factor” your company so notably accomplished today only serves to augment my congratulations and to reinforce my recommendations to my associates. For you to return after a “rain day”, undoubtedly prompting so many competing demands for your attention, merely to perfect the Baxters' down-spouts and ventilators was wholly unexpected.
